Among the Stress- Discussion Questions, my choice is Num.10, " How do you usually cope with stress?
I am trying to do excrise to cope with stress.
Healthy people are better able to cope with stress. so, I often walk up the hill from the main gate of the school to classroom for study. it's very hard to climb the hill to me. and pretty soon, I will take red ginseng for my health.^^
I hope health problems will not come back to haunt me.
